The Rathdrum Star is a weekly, independently-owned broadsheet newspaper, publishing since October, 2004. We send our publication on a total saturation basis; that is, everyone in Blanchard, Athol, Spirit Lake, Spirit Lake East, Garwood, Twin Lakes, Rathdrum and Hauser Lake receives the newspaper for a circulation of 10,100. We serve the Zip codes of 83801, 83804, 83858 and a portion of 83854. The Star carries two grocery inserts for Stein's IGA in Rathdrum and Miller's Harvest Foods in Spirit Lake. We also offer a variety of customized advertising packages for local businesses to reach no less than 25,000 readers every week.
